Multiple property management If you give us a list of properties, and due dates, we will contact you a week before testing is due, and arrange to collect keys. We will then do the inspection, and return the keys along with your reports. We will only bother you if there is a problem. You can check the status of each property on your own private, password protected space, on this site at any time

As letting business, it's your duty of care to prevent harm coming to your Guests from electrical appliances that you supply.
As well as the regulations on our law page, you are also subject to the The Consumer Protection Act 1987 as you are deemed to be supplying a service, the most important legislation however is:
The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations, that became mandatory on the 1st of January 1997, state that all electrical appliances supplied with let accommodation must be safe. This applies to new and secondhand items and covers all electrical appliances supplied for the use of your Guests.
